About the survey

The purpose of the Resource satisfaction survey is to examine the way you use different types of patient information and support resources and which you have found to be the most valuable.

This survey should take about 2 minutes to complete.

Your responses will be reviewed by a clinical research associate at McMaster University's Division of Gastroenterology and compared to those of patients attending an out-patient gastroenterology clinic.
